Head-Hunting Service

Based on the requirements of the client, we will actively source, recruit and screen candidates as per the following standards:


We will draft an initial needs assessment with the client to formulate criteria for candidate selection. This criterion can include corporate background, years of experience, position salary, and location specifics, etc.


We then study, screen and assess the applications available in our data bank in order to shortlist the best suitable candidates. This process comprises resume reviews and direct telephone interviews.


Our client then receives the shortlist of recommended candidates for each position, two to five profiles together with a summary of their assessment, and copies of their CVs within ten Working days.


The client then reviews our assessment and provides us with recommendations within 10 working days.


Coordinating Candidate Interviews with Client.


In the event that none of our recommendations are selected by the client, the agency will provide another batch of shortlisted candidates/ profiles within ten workings days . However, the client must give detailed feedback behind the reasons for rejecting the first batch.


Assisting in the coordination and acceptance of job offers.


The agency arranges for personal interviews or Skype interviews for all shortlisted candidates, upon client request.

Recruitment Process Outsource solutions (RPO).

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is when a company transfers all or part of its permanent recruitment to an external provider.


An RPO provider can act as an extension of a company’s HR or resourcing function and we provide this service. We sit with the client to provide a holistic hiring solution. As an RPO provider, we secure the necessary staff, technology, and methodology needed to fulfil a client’s recruitment requirements.
